[Resolved] Sheikh Jamil Ahmad — refund of ticket cancellation due to pilot strike

I have made booking from Bangalore to Kolkata for 2nd May but due to the Pilot strike the flight was cancelled. I have waited for a long time to get the refund and also called customer care many times but i have not received it till today. Also i am very much displeased with the customer care service. I had booked a flight from London to Delhi. They didn't inform me that its cancelled. On their website it showed that my flight will leave on time.
And just before few hours I called up makemytrip to confirm my ticket they said that the flight is been cancelled. I am waiting for my refund. I had paid by internet banking. They said I will get the refund in a week. But I doubt their concise.
