Mr. J.Anthony was give a winning certificate from the shell interantional mobile draw 2009 the winning prize of 200, 000.00 GBP, and accept from the e-mail of winning certificate and Mr. J.Anthony was told I will transfered to Indian Bank Account and I had paid to Barrister Victor Brown Chamber for FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE.
