[Resolved]  Shift Thoughts — voucher validation as payment to be released

I have received vouchers after payment of Rs.7719.90. but due to some mis comunication and yatra team confirmed me that they don't have any such offer. I lodge a complain in the bank not to pay. but later they ask me to submitt some documet which i fail to do that. Now the bank as wel as shift thought intimated me as no document sub mitted we are going to release the payment to the party.
Now i want to redeem these vouchers as I have paid the money . Now these voucherd are showing invalid, then the Party shoud refund whole amount or just allow me to get these vouchers reedeemed for purchase of Air ticket etc.

An early actoin is anticipated.
