my cousin booked a apartment in shivkala charms too, these people are fraudulent, we should all unite together and take this mahim mittal, owner of company to court, he is doing everything illegally, playing with people's money, please everyone contact eachother, that is th only way to take your money from this crook.

We have the same issue. Infact, it is causing lot of stress to my dad who is a senior citizen as his hard earned money has been blocked. Has anybody files a complaint against this builder in the court? Lets get together and hire a good lawyer to get our money back
he is not the director, infact he has made his wife Ms Ranjeeta Mittal as the board of directors
