Shopclues — Defective product delivered not giving refund even after returning shipment.
I have purchased a Flip cover for Karbonn A 15 mobile from Shopclues on 9th July via order no 4995111,
they have delivered the defective cover within 3-4 days and I have notified them well on time that it is an defective piece and requested for return and reshipment. product had been picked up from me almost month back and promised to replace the product soon but that never happened. I asked them via email for refund, since then there is no response from them. I have again emailed them about refund but no reply.
Would request to please have my refund back into my account and ask shopclues to stop cheating customers.
It was my first and last shopping from shopclues and I have experienced the worst, will never ever shop and ask my friends and kins not to order from shopclues. There are many other shopping websites, there have been instances of defective product delivery and no shipment at all but they initiated the refund instantly without any hasseles on their own which helped to restore our faith in them. But shopclues my goodness petty thief running the company.
