ShopClues — Pathetic Replacement Service

Shopclues.com is the worst online shopping website ever. I received a pen drive as per my Order # 1683565 but after late delivery, the pen drive was not working, I sent two emails but I got no reply to emails written to them even after weeks had passed, Calls to their call center disconnect automatically after 2 minutes stating "high amount of calls", I finally managed to call and speak to someone on 23/10/2012 and got a ticket number 65246 for my replacement request. following is the email they sent me:

I have not received a reply to the email or call till today. I am never using or recommending shopclues.com to anyone ever again.
