ShopClues — Refund-Not initiated
This is regarding my order no. 4063981 placed on 5th June 2013. Due to defect in the product, i have sent it back to the company to replace the product with fresh one. I have paid the amount using my credit card. I have even got the acknowledgement email from shopclues.com that they have received the defected product. Now, after writing more than 15 mails, i am not getting any reply from them. They have neither refunded the money nor replaced the product. Please help.
