I placed an order on 18 August, 2012 on shopping.indiatimes.com. Order Id is [protected]. I received shipping details on 24 August, 2012. Consignment No. is [protected] and Courier company is DELHIVERY.I was assured that expected delivery date is 27 August 2012. After 3 days of due date I have not received my order. I have called many times to delhivery but there is no response Even they have not picked the call only single time. I send e-mail to delhivery emails are also bouncing. There is no feedback from delhivery. I send email to indiatimes also but I have not received any response from both the companies. I tracked online status of consignment no. I placed an order on 28 October, 2012 on shopping.saholic.com. Order Id is 262012. I received shipping details on 29 October, 2012. Consignment No. is [protected] and Courier company is DELHIVERY.I was assured that expected delivery date is 01.11.2012. I am after them all the time through email they are given status but no man is coming to your door and also by phone but unfortunately they are not putting our call on hold. After 2 days of due date I have not received my order. I have called many times to Saholic / delhivery but there is no response Even they have not picked the call only kept on hold. I send e-mail to saholic emails they are giving tipical repply of sorry. I tracked online status of consignment no. It is showing that door locked and customer to be called. All updates are fraud on delhivery.com The are updating wrong status on website.
