Rediff Shopping, Plzzz plzzz plzzzzzzzzz Stay away. And do not buy any thing from rediff shopping. From personal experience I want to suggest you plz plz stay away. I order some items and my order no was Order No: 5386820 Date:[protected] . I order

Cargo Shorts! 32 1 INR 299 Delivered, 29-MAY-2009 [protected] - You know what happened 1st off all they did not send that one what they had shown in rediff shopping they send me other one.

Bejeweled Ladies Watch!!! 1 INR 299 Delivered, 03-JUN-2009 [protected] - 2 nd items they send a defected items. It had glass broken and defected.

According to there rule I contact customer care. And that day, I send mail. Both of the cases, but I did not get any reply from them. I send mail not only 1or 2 times more than that .

So I suggest you guys please do not buy . I m not satisfy at all...- Thanks S.Islam

i have purchased one item from your shopping list but after payment from my card we have not received any information of dispatch of our product till date . please confirm immidiatoly.

i have not received book ( Homoeopathy and modern science ) till today. I have purchased this book through rediff shopping on 23/05/2009. message shows that dispatch pending.

Purchasing online from rediifmail is ridiculous... My order no is 5430770... It has been approved on 16/06/2009 and the status shows that it has been handed over to the courier on 22/06/2009 with a consingment number... When I contacted the courier agency regarding the consignment number, they told me that the no is invalid... Also I've contacted cc, but there is no solution ...

Shopping.rediff.com — didn't deliver on time

myself sushil kumar. i have bought a acer as 4520 nwxmi notebook laptop on 3rd june 2009 from rediff shopping. i have sent cheque against the product on 6th june 2009 which is cleared by bank on 15 th june 2009. my order number is 5409622 for a acer laptop as 4520 nwxmi. has appoved on 23rd june 2009. But the product is not deliver till now. now rediff shopping are changing the model. but i m not interested to deliver any other product.

Rediff Shopping / Nokia N70 — Payment collected but item not shipped

I have placed a order online with Rediff shopping for Nokia N 70 mobile as per order confirmation No: 5414076 dated. 06.06./09 using my visa credit card. My bank has already paid the money which is reflected in the statement. The item is still not shipped/delivered to my address. When i track order to know the status it shows "Awaiting Dispatch" since last 22 days. I have redressed my complaint to the customer service of rediffshopping online but there is no response from them although 7 days have passed. If they are not able to deliver/ship then i need the refund of money paid.

Rediff shopping is a fraud site, please do not purchase anything.

I have purchased a stylish chrono watch from rediff shopping.com on 6 july 2009. But i have not get the item till now. And the customer care is not replying to me properly what can i do...? I paid the money through debit card. So please dont buy anything from that site.

I have received the air pump and the tool kit against order No. 5479133. But, there is no stainles steel twezer and extension bar for the sockets in the the tool kit. Further, the nose plier and the wire cutter given in the kit are not in working condition. The product therefore cannot worth the money (Rs. 424/-) I have paid as the tool kit is not at all useful .

Hence, pl. arrange for immeddiate replacement.

Its a big failure for rediffmail services that they donot have a 24 hr customer care support for rediffmail users. I have searched for around half an hour to just have the customer care number and tried dialling your headoffice number but could not reached to anyone. If rediffmail is giving such bad services then i suggest people to not use rediffmail for the important tasks.

There seems to be a tacit understanding b/w Rediff and the Vendors involved for running this fraud.
Neither do they have the contact number of Rediff Customer Care nor of the vendor.

I ordered a Sony DIGICAM on 9th july and the order status still shows that the Dispatch is pending.
Several mails have aleady been send to Rediff but no respose till date.

After reading such reactions I get demotivated from buying from Rediff or any other net based shops. I feel it better to spend 5% more and buy the item after checking and getting satisfied that in case of any complaint, I can at least take it to the shop-keeper who will help me replace under guarantee.

Rediff Shopping — Horrible response and wrong shipment info on the website

I ordered two items on rediff shopping on the 29th July . I saw on " Track order " the Consignment number of shipment on the 30th July . When I tried to track it, it was for some foreign country. I also checked again on the 1st Aug and it said it was delivered ( but no delivery to me till date) .

On putting complaint section to the Customer care, I got a mail response says within 2 working days the Customer care representative will contact and no body contacts even after 3 days!!!

Terrible services these guys give.
