I Have bought some goods from website called rediff.com it was 1GB IPOD with 2 speakers which I got in broken condition and 1GB thing is not working at all I have send some e-mails to concern person but no revert pleases help me with proper justices

My order no. 5553062, i have purches a luxyry chrono watch. but they prod, has not same, a call to a cere center a holl day but thier was no response...i taking a lligal action againe rediff, hydra bad, big bazzar in consummer court., so kindly response a rediff and Mr. sandeep Vig a Viendor of hydrabad big bazzar...sameer shaikh [protected].

I ordered Drill machine and ToolKit from rediff shopping, but i received only an Drill machine, Tool kit is missing, when i raised this issue no responce from rediff guys.
I never expected such bad services from rediff shopping.

Book (Accounting) — wrong delivery of book

Its a matter of great shame that wrong book is delivered by carelessness or by mistake.I ordered a book named (Accounting for CA-IPCC) with flipkart.com bearing order no. OD[protected] on 29/08/2009 .But I received the book named (Advanced accounting for CA-IPCC ). This is leading to a great loss of time and i am strictly suffering .I request authority to take strict action against such carelessness.

Kids Laptop ordered thru Rediff shopping site — Did not receive the product till date

Hello -

On 17-Aug-2009 I have ordered a kids laptop in Rediff website and paid the full amount through my ICICI account. I did not receive the ordered product till now (5-Sep-09) and when I went to Rediff website to check the order status it is showing that the product is delivered on 23-Aug-09 through TNT courier and there is a way bill number. When I called TNT for the status of the way bill number they say it is not a valid way bill number and that too it belongs to some other order of other country.

I also have sent 2 emails to Redifff and did not see any response. I also have called 5 times to the vendor Ojjas Enterprizes at the numbers given in the Rediff site but no answer. I also have sent an email to Angad but no reply.

Can you please take immediate necessary action and get me my amount back or the product? I appreciate your help on this complaint. I am also attaching the order screenshot to this email.

rediffshopping.com / 2gb mp3 player — refund not given

I was purchase 2gb mp3 player from rediffmail.com having order no.5433657 befor 2 months & due to quality problem i was return that one & they told me that they will refund me withen next 15 days. still now they ware not refunding me & now once again they told me that again provide duly signed pod copy of cureer for conformation that the product was diliver to the vendor. I was send the conformation mail received from thir vendor byt the are yet not agree to conform it & stik to give to pod copy. After 2 month of their conformation that they revert order how can i get that copy once again.please do need full in this matter.

sauna ab slim fit belt — order is not delivered from 3o days

my order no is[protected] .and month has gone my product is not delivered to me.i have made many calls to service center they always says tomorrow or day after tomorrow will be deliver.they tell me lie.and tomorrow they had cancel my order and i m now very much annoyed and i have no choice and i will directly go to consumer court and take them 10000 rs for delivering my product.these big companies always cheat.

Shopping.rediff.com — Duplicate Disney MP3 Player

I purchased a Disney MP3 player through rediffshopping on 3rd September 2009. The product does not matches the sound quality and specifications of the original MP3 player offered by Disney in the market. Also neither there is no mention of the name of the manufacturer nor any hologram. Serial Number of the M-player is; 7K659L5NVQ5.

Rediff Shopping / Bluetooth — Fault Peace- Not working, No replacement

I purcahsed one blue tooth from Rediff Shopping, vendor name is Haji Ismail Kapadia. The pieace was faulty so i send it back through courier. But i was not able to contact the vendor as his cell was not reachable many times, nor the courier got delivered at his location as his shop has been shifted somewhere else. I send mail to Rediff Customer Care but no reply from theri side till date. The time to return back the Bluetooth was 15 days, almost one month has passed now.

Please guide and help me to recover the amount.

45 days of lead time is nothing but ripping off the customers
I plan to dispute and cancel my payment if delivery doesnt happen in less than 10 days

i had placed an order of 8 gb hidden spy cam, i am shocked to see that its not working, my order number is 5630214, when i called to help line of ojjas enterprises one mobile number is swtich off and second land line number is no reply its ringing. Its purely cheating with customers. i had paid amount of 1614.00 rupess at the time of delivery. so kindly take steps to delevier new working MP9 8GB HIDDEN SPY PEN DRIVE. Otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.

New Rediff shopping customer care no :[protected]

Well I did lots of shopping,
First I ordered pearl set, that I got in a week, I was happy.
Then I again ordered 2 more sets, One set that was changed in design arrived after 15 days and for second set I am in queue
and regarding fourth order Olay cream+cleanser the status showing dispatched, But no information/invalid info on courier site

Ridiculous!!

Rediff Shopping — My pathetic experience with Rediff

On 18/10/2009 I placed an order for 'Transcend 2gb ddr2 RAM' with Qty 5 & the amount was Rs.7415/-. My order no. is 5632075. The seller name displayed on Rediff Shopping was Ojjas Enterprises. On the same day I made a payment by Credit card and it has already been reflected in my statement. The delivery time shown by them was 7-10 days.
But I think still they haven't completed their 7-10 days & yet I haven't received the product. When I am trying to check the statusof the same, I am getting the message that 'Awaiting Dispatch'. As I am a computer hardware dealer, because of this hopless service I had to bare the loss of Rs.3200/-. Because I couldn't serve my customer in time & in a quotaion I gave to him. As my quotation was according to prices of the product I am buying from Rediff.
I did called & mailed to Rediff for at least 8 times to deliver the product or refund. But on every call & mail Rediff is giving me different un satisfactory & illogical answers.
I tried to call the seller also. But nobody pick ups the phone or mobile.
PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT SHALL I DO????????

Dear Friend. I too ordered a Pendrive of 4 GB and paid 5 K. But I got a fault one. How is it possible?
I think rediff fraud. No one responds also. What we can do to prevent this from doing more fraud????

I have ordered Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt Ltd and Export Quality Leather Wallet -101 through order no. 5647547. When i have contacted thr courier service they have told me that the shipping has gone back to the sender due to insufficient address. They have not tried me to contact for the delivery. So that i am requesting you for the delivery of the material with fresh adress and contact detail registered with Rediff shopping.

Rediff Shopping — Not received Proper product which shone on the rediff shopping aslo no response for mail

i have received Company product (8GB Hifi MP3 MP4 Video AMV) on 20/11/2009
at around 8 PM
*The product that i have seen on your website is not similar to thatproduct which i have received today(# Please find attachment below)
*The product case is already damaged,
*There is no manual book and warranty card
*The product is very low quality,its totally unbranded like road selling product
i am also send the mail to customer as well as cc copy to vender with attached image of the photo shone on rediff page and the product received product .Still customer care team is not taken any action also i am not received any mail replay & call against the compliant My product purchase praise is for 1694Rs but its quality is just smiler to product of 100 to 150 Rs road selling items i am also register my feed back as info given on rediff shopping Customer care site but still there is no any response
so i am register over here with hopes that will be resolve my issue
so please do some needful from your end and
try to ban on this type fullish making businesses & show right way to grow up India

Absolutely agree. Rediff is the worst site to shop on. my orders have been consistently cancelled. I just don't get it why do they catalog products that they know are out of stock. and their refund process is excruciatingly slow and irritating. For everyone elses benefit, the customer care number as i got to know is[protected]...
