[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — product not delivered

Dear sir,
I have the order for dull simcard Mobile on 09 August 2010, Order No. 6011285, Payment mode by internet banking on 09 August 2010 Rs 1510.0, This amt transfer from [protected] to [protected] in favour of INB time of money limited in a/c No [protected]. But until I have not received my order.
Please sir urgenty refund my Amt Rs 1510.0 and Credit to my A/c No.[protected] or dispatch my order and send my satisfy answer on my email address [protected]@rediffmail.com

Rediffshopping — Delivery still not given

On 28th April '2012 I Ordered for an Solar Powered Copper Toned LED watch and my order no. was 7078433 and it was immediately approved because I made online payment from bank for an amount of Rs.459=00(Rs. 399 cost of the product + Shipping and handling Rs. 60) the amount was debited from my account. They assured to deliver it in 7 days but I did not received the consignment, I contacted them they said that there was some problem with the seller and you will receive the consignment in 3/4 days but unfortunately I did not received the product now they are neither replying to my mails nor they are contacting me. When I checked the status of my order on the site it is showing awaiting despatch. Please look into the matter.

according to my shipment it will delivered in 7-10 working days from the date of approval.but till date its not dispatch from rediff shoping ,its really very bad experience for me with rediffshoping, i talk maney time with customer care and i also mail to customer support,but
still there is no response ,so tell me or advise what should i do,and kindly

I have booked a product for my kid by online shopping from rediff shopping. Order no-7253996. The order was confirmed by them.But they have cheated me product they would n't able send me.

I have purchased a T-Shirt on 18-March-2013 from Rediff - Shopping .
My Order Number : 7874662
Status Shows: "Handed Over To Courier " on 22-March-2013

But till now i have not received any parcel. On contacting their Customer Support they Emailed the Order Status itseld.
Even after asking for the possible date of delivery, i didn't get any proper response.
Please take some action as on now so that i can get my Order.

I have ordered SAMSUNG UA 32EH4003 LED TV 32" of worth INR 24, 700(Order No: 7988325) on 29th of April, when i checked my Order status it was "Awaiting Dispatch" from the second day of my Order and its been a month i never got any response from the Vendor

When i Called customer Care on 15th May they said they will take a complaint and notify the Vendor and my product will be delivered i 2 days and they took the complaint (Complaint No-49530) Being such a big reputed shopping site Rediff is loosing the customer's trust coz of its worst service,
Days are passing but they have not taken any action regarding my complaint, please help me getting the product or cancel the order and return the Amount paid through Credit card

Order number: 8351340, AWB No.: M91894559, rediff shopping has not been delivered. The shipment is stuck at Mumbai for more than a week. There has been no response via e-mail or phone from Rediff Shopping and the courier service DTDC. Customer service is pathetic.

Rediffshopping — product not delivered even after one month over

sir i had bought one book of modern operating systems in rediffshopping and i purchased on 1st august 2013 and till now they had delivered the product and the coustomer care has not facing minimum responsibility and when i am calling them they are disconnecting the call please help me.

Replacement of Charger

I have received a Micro USB Charger for Xolo Q2000 black on 08.01.2015 via order no. 10984091. But unfortunately charger is not working. I want to replace this with the new one. Request you to arrange as soon as possible.
