Rediff online shopping is the most pathetic customer service, actually no service. They are a bunch of thieves. They took the money and did not deliver the product. I would never shop at Rediff again..

Rediff Shopping has the worst customer care I have ever seen. They never even bother to send a proper reply to your query. They send the same auto-generated message, no matter what your complaint is. I am fed up of them!

rediff shopping is not having proper distibution / logistic support even in the most populated areas like NCR, NOIDA

But the product is not deliver till now. now if my order not deliver in three days i m not interested to deliver any product. So plz refund my all rs.= 499.00 . without any dudction.

I get that product in broken condition . they are told me send to that product in Rediff shopping . I send that product . but they not give me that product as well money . I send 52 mail but all time they are asking me in 2-4 working day I get my money. but still they don't send me that money RS : 265. Please let me know why should i contact to the above entioned persons, this is the duty of you people.Please not i can not make calls to them for everytime, mind it.

Since i have ordered washing machine with heater as you have shown at rediffshopping, it is your duty to provide me the model with heater.If is not possible i am not satisfied with your services and tell me the procedure to return the product within 15 days. As per your terms and conditions if customer is not satisfied with the product, the same can be returned within 15 days of receiving and refund will be given to me, as it was told to me while my enquiries were made to you prior to purchase the product.

The service you are providing me is so much poor, that a product received on[protected], and according to the instructions of Rediffshpping i contact to you on mail, because you were not picking your mobile.After discussion you have promised me on[protected] that i will get washing machine within 7 days.When the product not came within the specified period i again contact to you on 21-4-11 on your mobile and you again promised me that you will call me on saturday on 22-4-11.And till date no call or mail came from you, is this the service of Whirlpool are you providing to me in the excellant manner.Yesterday i have contacted to you on your mobile at about 4 P. M. 6 times, again you have not picked the landline number [protected] and one time you have cut the call.What message you are trying to give me.

Customer care, neiter the required service is rpovided by you nor your enabling partner.Every time i have contacted you nor by you both.Now i will complaint against both of you, since you never understand the problem of customer.I have purchased the product for use not for kept in the box.

Rediff Books — Product not yet dispatched

Hi,

On 21.04.2011 I have ordered 2 books( order no-6415861 and 6415841)through REDIFF BOOKS andmade payment through my Debit Card andtheamounts are already deducted from my a/c. But on site still it is showing "Awaiting Dispatch".

When I followed up with the customer care they are saying it is under payment approval process.

I am really annoyed with the incedent. Please let me know if anybody can help.

I had ordered for dual time digital sports watch with good features on rediff shopping on 13th April 2011 and the order number was 6399990 . However, i can't get my product yet, I was shocked to see that niether I get product nor I get my cheque and harashed me many times.
I raised a complaint with customer care. However, I didnt receive any response from them for a month. Also, they do not publish their contact numbers. The only mode of reaching them is through mail.After a lot of struggle, i found out their mumbai nos and contacted them about my order . They promised to send a response by email, but, i didnt receive any. After repeated emails, they replied me to send back my invalid cheque but I enquired already it credited rediff account.

After N Numbers of emails, No response form them My sugessing is please dont take or order any product in rediffshopping because they are fake was a real harrassment that i underwent for having ordered a product from rediff. There have been plenty of complaints against rediff in various forums and they are known for cheating customers by their irresponsible behaviour.
I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against them and ensure that the rights of customers are taken care of.

RediffMail — poor services (it should be shut)

the name is more of rediff in poority in whole area in which the Rediffmail (emails) also. i think that the rediff should be shut because they could not provide the good services, in the comparision of Yahoo & Rediff, the Yahoo mail is the best at every time & will be the best.
i have became very scare when i use the rediffmail because i do not know at which time it could be go down for reconstruction.

i have ordered a mobile phone model i9 4g touch mobile from rediff shopping.com and its touchpad was not working and it is of rs 2890 and i am very dis satisfied and i want to com plaint against them please please help me

As i purchased Nova Roti maker from rediff.com on 27th June 2011, My order number is 6519275. The money is be taken from my ICICI Credit Card. Still i have not yet recived the product. Please let me know what action can i take against rediff.com.
