[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — Non delivery/ no response

I Had purchased a PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL from rediff shopping on 18 Dec 2007 and the amount debited from my credit card on 20 dec 2007, I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows
PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL CCD CAMCORDER Sandeep Vig (Big Baazaar) Aramex[protected] http://www.aramexindia.com Expected delivery: You should receive your order between 31 Dec, 2007 and 04 Jan, 2008.

But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money.

I hd order men watch from www.Rediff.com, after 7 days i received but when i start using some time its works and stop, i changed the battery but nothing use, Than i contact to Rediff Customer Care .They said to return back to us and we will check and forward new one, On 01 Jan 2009, i return but till today still i havent received back, lots of mail i forward, i try to call, but no one picking, My Order Number is 5008211, And complained is with Mr.Amit Csd Rediff Shopping .

Now i feel i waste my money, and never use rediff for more shopping...

I had given an order for purchase chrono set of two watches dt 1.1.2009 vide order no 5105652 but about one month have been passed I could not get my order completed while complaining through rediff.com or through sms I could not get my order completed or replaced while my order status shows despatched through tnt couriers vide consignment no[protected] reference no 15696171. you are requested to confirm, send, replace /cancel or to take some action immediately.

shop.in.com — Non-delivery

I bought a treadmill worth 10, 000 from in.com using my credit card on 22nd January (no. 34255) and it hasn't arrived yet. Their stipulated delivery time is within 7 days. Neither does anybody give an explanation as to why it hasn't. I have called their helpline repeatedly, and mostly nobody picks up the phone. They picked up only twice in a week and said they would immediately call back with info, but never did. My written complaints are also unanswered.
i booked a children laptop vide order no.35039. dt.29.01.09 and paid the amount rs.544.through net banking vide bill/[protected]/WEB18SOFTWARESERV/WE.dated.29.01.2009.but i m very sorry to say neither i received the material nor any mail 4 delay.this is my second reminder to u.if i do not get the material or refund i shall lodge a complaint in police(FIR)against u for this forgery.pl treat it most urgent.

I had ordered a gift for valentine day & as I live in UK, I thought that rediff.com will be good if I want to send a gift in India. Today is valentine day and it's 7:00 p.m. there in India. And I tracked my order status & it's still pending. I called to my loved once & I knew that she hadn't received anything.

I am really disappointed. What's the meaning of this valentine day gift, if it's not sent today. It was written 'gift will be send within 3 days' & I ordered before 5 days. My payment from my credit card was already taken on the next day of placing the order.

I searched contact number & found Rediff Customer Service number[protected] & Security Guard picked the phone (at 7:15 p.m. Indian time) & told me that no one was there & you should call on Monday morning (Indian time). I was really disappointed that no one was there to support me.

Indian call centres are giving 24hours*7days services to Western Countries' Companies & in India, there is no value of Indian customers. So sad :(

I will not recommend Rediff-Shopping to anyone. It's ...

I had placed this order on 10th Feb 2009. The only request which I made on the same day as soon as I placed the order was about my preference of the colour (Black) of the MP3 player. I'm not sure why it took you guys so long to just to reply that you can't do anything about it.

I had a very bad experience from online shopping on your portal.Last time, I had purchasd the cordless Phone of 'X' make and I have been send the 'Y' make cordless phone which even does not work.I had to call the vendor and your customer care to return back it. I have been asked several info. which irritated me.Though I got the reimbursement after long pursuation, I had not given the money for the postal charges I incurred to sent back the product to the vendor, instead I was given the gift vochers and I was forced to purchase something online against this gift vochers.I purchase the toy laptop costing 450 something which never works.
Now this time I purchased the 2GB MP4 player. I had selected some 'X' model I had given some different model, moroevoer the booklet sent with this product is of different model and the driver CD given is blank.When I try to contact the vedor numbers [protected], [protected], the mobile no. is not reachable and the landline no. was not replied.I have recd this product one hours back on dated[protected].my order number is 5213462.
Thought the advertisemnet and the offer is very attractive on rediff portal but the services and the committment is very poor.
I regret having shopped. It is the worst online shopping experience to date. I ordered a external harddisk worth Rs.4200 (http://shop.in.com/product_details.php?pbvId=39434&catId=709) I ordered it over a month back and the product is being still advertised with no stock.

After having cancelled the order, I havent received the refund yet (order placed on Jan 17 2009 and today Feb 25th). The customer support is horrible.

My advice stay away from Shop.In !!

Rediff Shopping — No delivery of product

I ordered a Fastrack 9647PP03 Womens Watch from Rediff SHOPPING on 8th February 2009. Till this date(01-March-2009) I did not recieved my product although i got an email from Rediff that your product has been delivered. I lodged a complaint in the customer care of Rediff on 18th February but still did not heard anything from there side.

This is the worst Customer Care service I have ever scene.
I have brought the TRANSCEND pen drive (4GB+2GB) by 4 months ago but now the 4GB pen drive is not working. Though i am having the Warranty period i don't know how to replace it. Please help me to replace it.

I have received the consignement on Cash payment after deliver basis. When I open the baggage and saw the product in which it was packed in the style of Zore bazaar item. ( DUBAKKUR ITEM). This type of items was sold on the street side duplicate seller. I found shock because it is not an packing of online shopping market item. It is purely on cheting shopping. How the Govt. will not banned in these type of forgerry sites. This is purely on white collar offence. Cyber cell authorities will closely monitor these type of sites and banned in future. I have ordered a product from rediif with Order No. 5270159 on March 19th. But I received the product that is defective. They say that the rfund could be done only within 7 days. I have written to the custimer support but nobody responds to it. Please do something so that I could get my money back..

Shopping.rediff.com — Defective component not replaced

I had ordered for an MP3 player 2 GB vide order No.5152190 and the player was delivered to me on 1.2.09. On operating it I discovered that the player was defective and I reported the matter. The customer care advised me to send the component along with original packing and also the original receipt of the courier charges. They promised to either replace the player or issue a purchase voucher, which can be used for further shopping. Neither did I receive the replaced player nor the voucher and also the courier charges till date.
