I prefer this complaint following an alleged misbehavour of one of your delivery staff who came to supply refill on 5th November 2011.
For more than a year, the refill was supplied by Mr.P. Thirumal according to the preferential time registered at the counter in your office.
On the abovesaid date, a new delivery staff brought the refill around 6.00 pm and as soon as he entered the doorstep, he started abusing us for not being at home when he came earlier. Though I tried to explain about the arrangement made with the Agency Office regarding delivery time, he did not listen and kept on abusing.
When I told him that I would lodge a complaint with Chella Agencies, he threatened us with dire consequences and said “I will take care of you when I come next time for delivery” I view that ‘threatening statement’ in all seriousness and request your kind offices to enquire into the matter and initiate disciplinary action against the concerned delivery staff.
I would like to bring to your notice that, previously, Cash Memo was never produced to obtain my signature at the time of delivery. Last time,I specifically told the delivery staff that I will not accept the refill without cash memo.
I understand, this is the second time that delivery staff behaves in that manner. I also request that, henceforth, he shall not be assigned with the responsibility of delivering the refill at my residence.
My preferred time of delivery is 5:30 pm.

Shree CHELLA Agencies — delay in delivery of LPG cylinder
I was having two LPG Gas connection that is No 21559 and 6048. since there is an order no person can have two connections i was surrendered no 21559 connection on 29th august 2008. Then i requested to activate the other connection no 6048 because i was not using these connection last 15 months. They booked on 1st September 2008. After these process i asked them when it will come. There answer was between 8 to 10 days i will get it. But till date they have not supplied. I have gone personally four times there answer is today by evening it will come. Now more than 20 days there is no supply. Asking by telephones most of the time they keep it engaged and if it rings no answer same way IOC customer cell also doing. Hence i request you kindly advice your dealer to provide proper service to customers. please do needful.Gas Agency Address
