not receiving my important letters

with due respect i would like to bring to you one of the biggest problem that i am a businessman and even ordinary peoples are facing with postal delays and corruption
in this service.we are facing the problem of postal delays and the postman tell us that he is not found our address.Its not fare
with us/me as our career depends a lot on the postal services.
