Shreeonline — Order not received | |||
I place an order last November 2010, and i havn't receive my order till now. so whenever i phone they told that there was problem with the courier then in March 2011 they put someone else tracking details while checking my order. This one person has the same nick name as me and when i search information this person have already receive her parcel as it was a Salwar whereas i order for 36 items. Next time i call another person took the call to tell me that i have already receive my parcel and i have sign the paper. So i check with the mauritian Courier there was never a parcel with my name and address so please advise what i can do, as it is not a good image for such a big company i have take patience till now but i can't remain quiet as it will be nearly six months i place this order. this is just becoming a joke now, i have placed n order on the 24th dec as i was said i will recieve my goods betwen 7-10th jan but i have not yet recieved anything i keep emailing but i get no responde this will defenatly be my last order with shree it is soo slow and customer service is horrible.that was a very bad experience i will never go there again !!!
SHREEONLINE.COM is really a fraud company which is taking payment globally around the world. This website should be banned imideately. They are misguiding and taking payments from thousands of people.
I ordered some suits from them and they were worth of £380.Next few days later they called me and said that my three suits couldn't go through their system, and that I had to re-order. After i re-ordered my three items they took £288 more from my account. I waited 5 months, then reported this matter to my bank as a fraud case.I gave solid proof of my purchase, and I got my money back after a few weeks.
Basically, if you've been scammed by them, tell your bank that, and give solid proof.

Beware of these sites. they will never send your order. they will never pick you call. they are chor. they are shreeonline.com guys the well known online cheaters. please share this to save people from being trapped by shreeonline.com/efellow.com cheaters. if you have ordered from this site, just charge back to get refund of your amount.
Shreeonline — Not received order
Hi,I placed order with Shree Online - Order no.51587538. The website says the order will be delieverd within 10 days so I ordered on the 14 september 2010 hoping to get the delivery in time for my wife's birthday on the 30 September. I called Shree online back after 2 week to check status and they told me that they did not have it in stock and I need to order again. My wife was very upset and I was too. Shree online did not bother to email me or call me to say that the order was out of stock. Shree online took the money out of my debit card which has not been refunded.
I ordered again on the 14th October, Order No. 92858006 hoping to get the delivery in time for Eid, 15 November 2010. Once again to my dissapointment, I have not received the order and my wife had to wear one of her old dress for Eid. I call nearly every other day to ask about status, the customer advisor always told me, it will be with me soon and gave me random dates. To date I have not received my order and they would not give me my refund too.
This matter is going out of hand and I feel Shree online is scaming people and should be notified to officials in India and UK credit comapanys.
