Hello Sir,

My Name is Kiran S Bhimanwar. I am working with Zeon Solutions Pvt, Nagpur, India.

I and some of my colleague started tiffin service from Shree Surya Caterers service. They have promised to provide salad and Jeera-Rice every day however they are not sending the same regularly infact it is very rare in tiffin.

Today when we opened the tiffin it was smelling. The vegetable provided is not in good condition. Please let me know how can I fill the complaint in consumer court
