i am Rajendra Tiwary i was working in SHRIRAM LIFE INSURANCE in Dehri -on-Sone ,Distt- Rohtas (Bihar), my Employee Code-R00390, My PF No- 02950, my Region is South East, My Designation is- Business Development Manager.
With referencr to above , i had applyed for withdrawal for my full & final Payment which, form 19 & 10B all ready submitted. Last year in 15/07/2011 to Shriram Life insurance office.
But till date i have not receivrd a not payment from your side.
There for i Request to you Please look the matter and kindly send the amount in my account.
Kindly do the needful action as early possible
