Dear Sir/Mam,
I ashok soni had book order for sia garima neckless set. At that time your customer care executive said me that it will be properly gift pack but you just pack this only in a box. You didnt pack this neckless in sia's box so how do i believe that this is a sia product.
There is a wrist watch in this is not working and Neckless is also Deffective.
I told your excutive that i want this product before 15th of Feb and well pack. You send this before 15th Feb but this is defective so that i cant give this to anyone and after 15 there is no need for that Gift.
So pls collect that product and pay my money back. Either i will go for consumer court.
