is this true or just a joke

i receive exacly the same e-mail whith the winning code.it is a fake i think.collect the money and they gone.

I agree I did not give them my passport or drivers licence that they requested when I refused to pay money. I did give them a bank account # where they could send the money but they closeed the file I really believe they where going to steal my identity. I know I am going to try to havr them investigated for everthing from fraud to terrorism any help would be greatly appericated

hi i got a similar one.What I did was to google siemens electronic promo and i saw all these comments from earlier folks who have got this email All this is bloddy rubbish. Never give your bank a/c no. I wish some one gets these frauds. What is Siemens International doing can they check out the address in u k hone nos etc and book the frauds?

This is a complete hoax - when I phoned the number a person barely able to speak English answered the phone "allo". If it was a bona fide law firm the name would have been announced to a caller. Siemens Electronics is a well known and respected name and they should be doing something to stop this scam as it can reflect badly on their reputation. I have asked a Detective Inspector of the Surrey County Police whom I know, to look into this for me.

ya i also got the same mail just afew days back saying that i have won the amount and need to pay first to claim my wining.this company is fraudand are cheating people of their hard earnes money.
