Sify Broadband — Error in network | |||
From: Poly Pathak , Downtown Dwarka nagar,Guwahati:781022 To, The Service provider Sify Broadband Guwahati Sir (s), I am from Guwahati, Assam. I am using Sify Broadband Service for the past 11 months. In the beginning the service was satisfactory. But for the last five months, the service has become very poor. Most of the times the line is disconnected. The service can be availed hardly for 10-15 days in a month and that too in very slow speed. Moreover, the franchisee are least concerned about the hassle of the customer and do not attend to the customer's problem in spite of repeated phone calls. Since the money is paid in prepaid basis, there is no scope of deducting the monthly amount on the basis of service provided. And since we owe a cyber café so the business suffers heavy loss. And moreover the middleman seems to be a crook in disguise In view of the above, I would request you to kindly look into the matter immediately.
