Respected sir,

I faced the promlem since 16/09/2008 I have made a complain regarding BB108 (Network cable is unplugged). But till now they have not taken any action. As I am staying alone I have requested them to please come before 9.00 A.M or after 6.00 P.M.(Excluding my office time).On 29th Aug I came early in the evening just to attend them but no body came to my place. On 30th Aug also I came home at 5.45 p.m and waiting for them but no body turned up. Usually I left my office at 7.30 p.m but just to attend the field engineer I have to come early which hampered my office work a lot…

I just want to know who will compensate my this loss. As in your customer care they told me that within 24hrs my problem will be solved. But till now no action have been taken.. I have called in your customer care no. about 12 times and tree mail for camplain every given 24hrs the complain will be resolve and i gog two time sms your problem resolved but that i checked there is same problme even i called call ceneter they also said your problem in progress ... Who will pay for my phone calls? As I have to made argent mails I became totally paralyzed due to no proper service from your side.
If this will be your attitude towards yours customers then no one will prefer your sify connection. I will also inform everyone about your this kind of behavior so that no one will choose your connection. I will also put my complain in the internet so that everyone will be aware of your services towards the customer…

I too registered one complaint for malfunctioning. The customer care executives do not know how to talk. Stupid fellows. Soon stop working with this kind of people and explore other internet options.

Further to above, since last one month, I am not able to log-in to check my on line from other computer as wel from my computer. I have POP mail ID, which I am using thro outlook express. Since yesterday, even SIFY site 'could not found' . Sify's customer care number is not working for BSNL network.

What SIFY's management is going to pay back us?????????

I am a sify broad band connection customer : ch_arjuna
under 449/- plan i.e. D4NL plan.

My net is not working properly since long time i.e. for the last 22 days every day is getting BB-101 between 10.20 pm to next day 9.00 am. I was given number of complaints to your local representative and also your customer care department. I am loosing huge money for telephone calls and and also loosing my net money. Your service is very very poor and also not attending properly even repeated requests. Particularly on saturday evening will get the BB-530 i.e. account expiry. I paid sufficient money every month.
In the last 2 months have faced problems with Sify cinnectivity 26 times.
I have 26 ticket numbers for the proof. many of these tickets took 2 days to be corrected.
Also, for several compliants I was never given a ticket number.

In short, can expect 45 days of no connectivity in 60 days.
Be happy with a 25-30 % connectivity with SIFY.

I have in turn talked to every one, the Pune office, Chennai office, the local verndor for Sify.
All they say is, the agreement says the problem will get corrected in 24 hours.
I portray, ''Disgusting and Frustrating'as the punch line for SIFY.
I want give tu u suggest that u can not provide right service your costmer then u closed the sify brodband.,

sify ltd — Wrong deduction of charges

On the 9 th may the sify server was not working properly and after 5 minutes o[censored]se i went for logout of my session but the server was not able to logout bcoz of its technical problem. I tried to logout for 4-5 times but it went unsuccessful. At last i realised that Rs 47 was deducted from my account without being fault on my part. The same thing happened on 11th and Rs 11 Was deducted due to which my account expired 2 days before its scheduled expiry.
I vide the complain no. 8517790 and 8533103 lodged the complain but got unsatisfactory reply.
I called for many times but no one is responding in appropriate manner
Plz look on to the matter

sify ltd — Incorrect billing since 2 months

On 1/6/09, I had requested Sify not to renew my broadband account upon its expiry as I was travelling. On 19/6/09 when I returned I renewed my account with the PK3M pack (Rs 1550 for 3months).However, I found that the validity was 7days less than actual.I was informed by Sify that since I did not renew on time, they deactivated my account and have penalised me and adjusted the validity now! Now when I contact Sify I receive no reply. I have sent them more than 10 mails and have called them regularly since over a month. I want to know how can Sify penalise me for a service I did not avail and also informed Sify in writing about it well in advance. My reference nos for my correspondence with Sify are 8590575 dated 3/6/09, 8654044 dated 20/6/09, 8687508 dated 1/7/09, 8705536 dated 7/7/09.

The pack is valid till 12/9/09 instead of 19/9/09. This means that I am loosing out on 7 days of the service that I am entitled to. On a pro-rata basis it would amount to Rs 121 but the question is of a more serious note as the company maybe cheating all their clients like this.

I want the company to restore the validity of my pack immediately. The customer care needs to be revamped as I have yet to receive a satisfactory reply.

I request the Commission to take appropriate action against Sify Ltd.

Sify Ltd. — Sify Broadband service problem

I am not getting service from last 4 days. Such thing is always happening every month. No proper reply or service is from sify guys. I am very frustrated. Every month i am paying the money in advance. At the time of connection I have paid Rs. 17031.
My suggestion to all reader. Never use sify broad band internet connection.

I m frustrated after taking the SIFY VOIP COECTION I am very much disappointed with the service of SIFY LTD. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of sernior officer & nodal officer of sify DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.

If the Sify voip connectio is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.

I have already using this service from the last so many years but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so ur network is not properly accessed and ur disturbing ur franchiesse to install isolate at a cost of Rs. 3000/- even u know that the business is no more profitable due to low isd rates from mobile so i could not afford it

I already sent my complaint to Mr. Ravi but he denied from the security amount but i know that i have paid for Rs. 40, 000/- at the time of installation of sify voip which is refundable
Sify ltd has just installed a small voip connection with modem i want to surrender it so kindly accept my request and return my balance.
