SIGMA IS BECOMING NOTORIOUS IN WRONG DELIVERY, MIS DELIVERY, NO DELIVERY ESPECIALY YOUR NAVI MUMBAI BRANCH. MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED AT ALL. HAD TO PAY PENALTY AND DELAYED PAYMENT CHARGE AND INTEREST CHARGES. PL LET ME KNOW WHY I SHOULD NOT FILE A CONSUMER CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PENALTIES CHARGED BY ICICI BANK CARD.
MY STATEMENT SENT VIDE AWB NO[protected] IS SHOWN AS DELIVERED ON 19/03/2011. BUT IN REALITY HAVE NOT RECEIVED.I HAVE NONE IN THE FAMILY TO RECEIVE AS MY FAMILY IS OUT OF THE CITY IN DIFFERENT PARTS.I GET ALL COURIER EXCEPTING SIGMA. M.DAS 26/03/2011
