[Resolved]  SIKANDRABAD GAS SERVICES, BULANDSHAHR — BOOKED GAS NOT DELIVERED

I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION IN SIKANDRABAD GAS SERVICES. THE REFILL GAS REQUEST IS ACCEPT ONLY AFTER 30 DAYS. THE REFILL CYLINDER DELIVERED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE BOOKING DATE. IN THE MEAN TIME, THE REFILL CYLINDER IS ALLOTTED MORE THAN ONE TIME BUT NOT DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER.

MY CONNECTION NO IS TL-3859, I BOOK THE REQUEST AS ON 03-OCT-2010, THE GAS IS DELIVERED ON 19-OCT-2010. IN THE MEAN TIME THE REFILL CONNECTION SLIP HAS BEEN GENERATED MORE THAN ONE TIME. THE GENERATION DATE OF SLIP IS 10-OCT-2010, 14-OCT-2010 BUT GAS IS NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOME. THE HAWKER VISITY MY HOME ON 19-OCT-2010, THAT TIME MY MOTHER WAS AT HOME. HE TRY TO MISLEAD HER AND ENTERED THE BOOKING DATE 17-OCT-2010 AND DELIEVERED DATE 19-OCT-2010 WHEREAS IN ORIGINALLY THE BOOKING DATE IS 03-OCT-2010, AND BOOKING NO IS 210. MY CONTACT NO [protected]
