Silicon Honda — display o[censored]nacceptable behavior | |||
My name is Atheeq Khan, and i have been residing in Australia from the past 5 years. I am on a holiday visiting my family in India and it happened that I ended up at one of your Honda branches at Rajarajeshwarinagar to purchase a gift Honda Activa for my disabled sister. I was served by Mr. Yaqub (the sales rep), and was verbally promised the delivery of the vehicle in 15 days if agreed to full cash payment. I ended up booking the vehicle paying 57,000 rupees. Its been 27 days till date since I booked the vehicle. I have tried calling the showroom hundreds of times but Mr. Yaqub seems to be ignoring my phone calls, as a result of this I ended up going to the showroom and was not impressed with the way Mr. Yaqub changed his tone of voice on me. I was there to politely enquire about the vehicle I have booked and NOT to take the law in my own hands. I was Sworn at and abused by Mr. Yaqub and when I told him that I was not happy and would make a complain, he smirked and said that he will make sure that I wont get my vehicle for another 4 months.
