[Resolved]  Silver Pendant With American Diamonds 09 — Ordered not received still in Ready to Ship status

I have ordered Sagittarius Silver Pendant With American Diamonds_09, order number #20223, the status of the product shows Ready to ship.I have ordered it on November 17 and it was supposed to be shipped on 24th November.Haven't got any information regarding that.Tried calling customer service no response and even raised tickets got no reply.

My credit card has been charged.It will be great if someone can help me and let me know the status.
