I am surprised at the level that sales promotions group can stoop down to...an executive from Global Direct visits home claiming/assuring a 40%reduction in the bills for old customers and coleects my PAN copy and residential proof along with a photo on account of getting me a change in my talk plan...says they will be sending promotional free sim cards in case we need them for our driver/servants usage...collects Rs.1198 cheque on account of changing the talk plans and assures that this money will be refunded over the next 6cycles on me and my wife's bill...row of calls start from the very next day and i discover that ALL of the facts told were sheer lies and I was actually being conned to take on new sim cards which i never needed...already have 3vodafone postpaid numbers...am now going mad following up the refund of my money...AMAZING isnt it!?

I have purchased sim card on 6th June 2008 and actictivated subsequently. I have given all neccessary doccument to the appropiate dealer/ authority who provided me the sim. but even my number is barred saying submit the doccuments please do the needful.I have already submitted the doccuments when i have purchased sim.

bofore one weak i went to chennai annanagar vodafone authorised shop ..then i asked to them about corperate plan (50 rs ) for postpaid

then they told me thats already clossed, and they insist me to take, , , another postpaid plan .. worth rs 200 rs . after that my handset lossed and iwent there to takee duplicate, and i again asked them about corporate plan then they told me yaa here we are providing corporate plan, , , do u vant conection, , , , then asked too them, , befor one week did i ask to u about that, , , , now ur asking for another conection ...then i told them plss mmy plan change to corporate plan, , , then they told me ...that is not possible, , , , actually thats the mistake of them, , , i am innocent, , , after my 350 rs lossed throug this, , , acually they were cheating me ...pls help me

hello sir my lost sim card represents ([protected])number and i want it to be blocked and want to have some information about the reactivation of the sim card with same number .

Your company has made me suffer like no other company. Please see my bill paying pattern for the two phones in my name taken at Bangalore, Karnataka. The numbers are [protected] (used by me) and [protected] (used by my son). In-spite of visiting the relevant outlets and paying big amounts in advance to avoid being disconnected while on roaming, upto Rs 6000/- approx, I remained connected from Kanpur only for a couple of days in the begning of this year. The instructions to disconnect the [protected] were not complied by the company and the billing continues to this day. The company instead of refunding the amount, is threatening me and asking amounts and continues the billing and threatening effort. As regards [protected], my son has visited the vendor outlets a number of times at Bangalore to surrender and disconnect the No. he was told that, "the person who has the connection in his name has to come personally". Now I am being charged unnecessarily for this No. when it is not in use. I do not want to take legal recourse if Co can liste to my greviances and settle it amicably.
