In the referrence book i got with the vodafone sim it was written ,to get gprs activated sms-ACT VL or log on to www.vodafone.co.in. but i have not got it activated by either of the two methods. please help me out as soon as possible.

SIM CARD — Late activation of sim card

My sim card get rejected due to pressing wrong keys.I purchased new sim for same number from S.R.TRADING CO.,AKOLA on date 20/12/07 yet my card not activated .

The service is deterioting. Line gets disconnected for no reason. Your help lines are not atall suportive.Customer according to the is wrong. Network is not available for hours together. You should prove yoyr efficiency and not reject the complaints. Kapoor

hello dear sir i want own number international i am now stay in u. k but my vodafone number is indian plaese tell me what i do now my indian number is [protected] and my u.k number is [protected]please my indian number transfer in u.k network
Hi, I agree with you. This is bloody worst service in world. I have been in many part of world , but never seen such poor service. Customer care personnel drink in evening and dont have sense of talk. many times this happen that u carry on listeninig options but never get to talk to customer care.

I belive they have kept all personnel who are totally uneducated .

I REQUEST U ALL NOT TO OPT FOR VODAFONE. Be without mobile is better to get vodafone connection.
