[Resolved] SIMran Gas Agency, Indore — Services is very bad
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Simran Gas agency, Indore MP and my consumer number is 5776. I have booked for a refile on 17th July 2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. I called on 26th July 09 they informed me that your number is registered 24th Jul 09. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again & again I called them on 30th Jul 09. After that they infome to me we are delivered cylinder to your home on 24th july 2009. he told me there was a lock in your home but that time was many family members in home. It is third time incident happen with me. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. they are not ready to listen anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Somran gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.
