[Resolved] Sindhi Colony Lakme Salon Hindustan Unilever - — PERMANENT DAMAGE TO HAIR | |||
Please refer to my daughter Vartika gupta's complaint reg. damage to her hair. the complaint was delivered at their Sindhi Colony centre on 5.12.2010. they have not bothered to offer any solution, nor have they called back or written back to control the damage. This shows their callous attitude to the problems of their customers primarily caused by them by hiring incompetent undertrained/untrained people. This is gross deficiency on the part of Hindustan Unilever which has opened Lakme salons all over the country without proper training or quality control. There is utter lack of accountability on the part of the local units in dealing with customers may it be with treatments or of the follow up of post treatment complaints. They don't appear to understand that with each passing day, the situation may worsen for the client which will in turn adversely affect their business. Was this information helpful? | |||
