[Resolved] Sky Mail Worldwide Express — Non delivery
I have booked a consignment with Sky Mail world Wide express on 4-Jan-2010 to be delivered in London (UK). The tracking number was provided 0291087 and was given to Mr. Srinivas with contact number mentioned as[protected] and[protected] with email as [protected]@skymailworldwide.com : [protected]@skymailworldwide.com. We have called him up on Saturday 9-Jan-2010 on status of delivery and he said that it will be delivered on Tuesday. When we have used the tracking number on the website Skymailworldwide.com, it shows the delivery has landed in London and shows that it has been deivered to Fedex. When we have contacted Fedex, the customer service has confirmed that nothing was booked with them. We have been trying to contact Srinivas on his mobile numbers and it does not work now. We are at a loss of what is happening as this amounts to cheating and defraud. Is there any way that this can be looked into?
