I also faced exactly the same problem. The mattress started sagging in just a few weeks. I waited for the sag to increase, so that they wont refuse replacement. After 2 months I approached the dealer (Sevagiri Gaadi Kaarkhana, Wadgaon Sheri, PUNE), he took 2-3 weeks to send the company person for inspection. After that they asked for bill and warranty card. Then kept on giving a future date, and lastly refused replacement saying that the mattress has been folded by us, which is not true. If it was folded, the sag should be linear. The sag is mainly in the centre, with all sides being is good condition. I am thinking of moving to consumer court.
