[Resolved]  Sleepeezee Mattress — Sagging of mattress in 2 month,no service after sell

sir I buy mattress from aundh sleep easy out let. mattress sag immidiately 2 month.when i revert back at out let their is very rude response. Initially theep me hangging fr replacement with all diplomatic answer
afetr three month they refused me for returning any replacement or money.
Its really shame on director of such big company.
i wlll advice all of you not to buy sleepeasy mattress in future.i know lots of people who has same cmplaint like me.

I also faced exactly the same problem. The mattress started sagging in just a few weeks. I waited for the sag to increase, so that they wont refuse replacement. After 2 months I approached the dealer (Sevagiri Gaadi Kaarkhana, Wadgaon Sheri, PUNE), he took 2-3 weeks to send the company person for inspection. After that they asked for bill and warranty card. Then kept on giving a future date, and lastly refused replacement saying that the mattress has been folded by us, which is not true. If it was folded, the sag should be linear. The sag is mainly in the centre, with all sides being is good condition. I am thinking of moving to consumer court.
