[Resolved]  Smilenbuy — Not working products and cheating

hello, i contacted smilenbuy (www.smilenbuy.net) mr.prabhat his number is [protected],,, He is the Indias number 1 scaming online shop... please beware of him... i ordered one tab + phone from his shop... He sent me totally used and almost it looks like 4months used tablet with battery blow and back panel opened, Tab already contains bad contents(pictures and videos). when i asked them to replace on phone call our conversation is

Me: hello sir. i ordered a product from smilenbuy but its totally not in condition

He:ohh , these dtdc courier are unable to give service to us, dont worry i will replace it

Me: ok sir thanks a lot.... Am sending u this tab back to you( thats saturday)

He: No problem, send me later i will send u the new one today night

Me: Ok sir thanks a lot, bye good night

he: ok gudnight

Next day sunday i cald him for tracking number, he did not lift my call....I cald from other number then he lifted the call and said am in the meeting...i call u later.... after 2 hours started calling 1st his phone was ringed later switch off almost its sunday nyte... On monday i cald him he did not lift the call, i tried from other number he lifted the call.

He: ha tell me

Me: Whether u sent the product? can u please tell me tracking number.

He: sir u people not believe me....nothing i get with ur money at gujarat

Me: Ok so u sent the new tab right?

He: Did u sent my Tab which i sent you

Me: U only said not to sent, nothing is problem on saturday, i[censored] said ok i suppose to send u on the same day...

He: U need to send it, either i said not to send.....

Me: sir I[censored] want i send you now only.....

He: No need i will not replace it after two days.....

Me : sir yesturday was sunday,its hard to send through courier

He : thats your problem tab is with you still.... my staff people not accept this. I also stops the courier whch i sent u other tab.. I send you a address of the my friend you send it there ( i thought he is really friends but he is also a costumer)

Me: Sir which address i need to it

He: i sms you through skype from address u out ur address...ok bye


This of talented things happens with him, Many people facing a same problems with him... Later i saw a box which he sent to it contains smilenbuy name but from address is different... its from coimboture ( i dont want to tell his name) gently i gave a call to that guy number

He is a student, he said "sir ur friend prabhat ask me to send you, i ordered him for the tab he sent me that tablet. when i call him to replace he gave me you address to send this tablet...so i sent to you...But till now i did not got replacement.when will you replace sir" i totally shocked and said dear am also a costumer who bought tablet from smilenbuy.net already he facing this problem since 1week...

Please guys be aware of "smile n buy" prabhat (he is just 22years old but big scammer and cheater in india)
