[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Wrong product delivery snapdeal

This is my 1st snapdeal order and very dissapointing, on 10th jan 2012 i ordered a perfume for women d&g 6 l'amoureux worth Rs.2249 paid cash on delivery and while opening shockingly found a men's perfume 'One by Calvin Klein' i immediately called customercare and they said for reverse pickup n gave me one address, so i sent it back to them, and now they hav recieved back the product, and i'm telling them to send me the right product, they are not sending i m just waiting getting really angry why they need so much time to send me the right product? If they won't send then i wil be forced to take action

My main point here is why do snapdeal ppl keep such people who don't know to pack the right order??? r they illiterate or they hav the hobby to trouble customers? this case is not 1st i m reading other customer compaints also.

SnapDeal — wrong product delivery

I had Ordered for the Mitashi DVD Player Model No: Mi2211 worth Rs 1999 at 4-jun-2011 from snapdeal.
The product is delivered of worth Rs 1599 (Model Strom), a defective piece with broken remote. My Order ID is:[protected] .I also get the Invoice of 1599.
I have sent them a mail reg. same at 12-jun-2011.
I have called then 8 to 10 times.But same excuses that your product will be replaced within 7 to 10 days. But no resolution yet.
I'm UMAKANT SHARMA i had ordered for the farenheit geek style sunglasses at 15th-may-2012 the product is dilivered of worth RS.749 but my order is change because wrong product delivered by snap deal my order id is[protected]
I ordered 2 tennis racquets worth 20000 Rs. And my mistake that I ordered using EMI option. The 2 racquets delivered are different. I immediately called customer care and registered complaint #763571. Order Id #[protected]. I received 2 calls from them and both the executives were completely unaware of the problem and didnt know anything they were talking. I feel cheated. They have given me the option to send the product back but reading the reviews here, it seems they are never going to re dispatch.
I have just order jwell set and ayur cream from snapdeal and its cash on delevery . delevery date is 15 march.
So what should i have to do accept the product and pay. or not ...
becuase am checking here various froud cases about product...
so please suggest what to do beacuse tomarow my product wil be deliver and i wil pay...
please suggest
