Dear All, I issued a online booking with snap deal.com for three ticket 31night2011 eve but unfortunately my cousin brother die in Abu Dubai so iam leaving mumbai on 27/12/2011 before leaving i already spoke to snap deal person to the same that iam unable to go Essel World & Water Kingdom with my friends. All three ticket issued in my name i spoke same that if my friends go to the Essel World & Water Kingdom any problem come to there snap deal person told no problem comes let them go but on 31night2011 Essel World manager not given admission to friend on same issued ticket my friend call on same time to the snap deal that Essel World manager not allowing essel world manager not response to snap deal person and manager told us that don't worry you get full refund ask to snap deal after one hour no response my friend buy new ticket and enter. Now i spoke to the snapdeal and make one complaint my complaint no is (94065). i need my full refund 10 days past.
