I have a complaint against Snapdeal. They seem to be selling fake/ bogus products. The site is genuine but the seller vendor nexus is intrepidly playing fishy tricks, it seems so. I ordered on 14.7.2014, a MAC Eye smoulder for Rs 999 and the sellers shown were Jasper Infotech and Thok bazar. However the consignment was shipped from Lucknow by Universal Traders in Aminabad which is a tacky place and I received the same today i.e. on 16.7.2014.. It gives me solid reasons to suspect that the product is not genuine. Moreover the Bluedart courier which was properly sealed by them when opened had the Eye smolder crayon in a loose packing i.e. its outer pack(MAC) was open and unsealed thereby suggestin that the carton is original but the contents have been tempered with and replaced with a fake one. I am deeply anguished and have lost trust in Snapdeal.

Hi, I have ordered a phone with Order ID - [protected] and Item Blackberry Z10 Black on snapdeal.com on 30th July 2014 and while un-boxing I found the earphone and data cable is fake then I call @+91-[protected] and raise a complain and next I went to blackberry service centre and I found that the product which I got is also not genuine and again I raise a complain on 1st august with ticket id #8252772. Till today 20th august 2014 I haven't got any resolution. When I call their helpline no [protected] they keep on saying we are working on it. We need more time.
"Its buying product from snapdeal.com" this my worst online shopping experiance.

I ordered TWO Mi Power Banks from snapdeal vide order no. [protected].
However Snapdeal delivered me fake products. Actually I already had one original MI power bank ordered from Flipkart. When comparing it with those ordered from snapdeal, there are following difference.

1. Change in Weight. - THe One from Flipkart is remarkably heavier.
2. Change in Colour - Original is Matte finish, whereas the original ordered today is glossy.
3. The style of power button and size of notification lights is also different.
4. Packaging is also different.

SNAPDEAL IS HELL BENT ON CHEATING INNOCENT CONSUMERS. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE WITH FLIPKART FROM WHERE I REGULARLY BUY STUFF FROM.

I bought 5lbs of protein supplement from snapdeal.com.the product arrived when I checked for expiry date it was 20 days away from expiry.I called the helpline explained this to them they told me that they can't do anything about it.I lost my money just like that.never buy supplements on snapdeal!

I bought a http://www.snapdeal.com/product/blacksmithh-white-100-cotton-handkerchief/[protected] on 20 Jun, 2015 (Order ID No. [protected]) . The product which was delivered to me was not even comparable. They delivered me some MAHAJAIN Handkerchiefs which is not even 10 INR a piece quality product. This is not even a mistake, It is clearly a case of fraud. I believe Snapdeal should ban such sellers immediately and take some legal action against them.

They send me unauthentic babyliss pro perfect curler and not returning it back as they are saying the seal is broken thats why they cant return how ridiculous...they are cheat and liars...

On 14-Dec-2015 i ordered a Casio edifice Ef 550-d from snapdeal. But they send me an another model( Order ID:[protected], seller name : sajim online). The product is used and fake. So I returned the product to snapdeal for replacement. After the replacement request, I called customer care and send email to the customer care many times. And I told to the customer care "please don't send me the fake product again and verify the product before sending me (Complaint Reference number :[protected].

Today (23-Dec-2015) I got the New product from snapdeal (seller name : Gupta enterprises Jaipur, Sub order Id : [protected]) . This time also snapdeal cheated me. snapdeal send me a fake product. I have been cheated by snapdeal for 2 times. I check the watch and confirm that it's 100% fake (1.No hologram in back cover, 2.Building quality is low, 3. Fading of Casio letter inside watch dial, 4. No proper warranty card issued. (Find the attachments)).I paid 9599rs for this watch. I want to know why you people send me fake product again and again. If I want a fake Casio edifice watch, I can buy it from any other cheap sites at very cheap price (less than 3000rs). I thought snapdeal is a genuine site. That's why I purchased from snapdeal. I am losing my trust in snapdeal.

This is my final attempt to replace the product. Today I talked to the snapdeal customer care (ref no :[protected] in that conversation, he promised me the verification call in 48 hours and replacement in 72 hours. He also promised me delivering the100% original product by snapdeal.

I already send this complaint to [protected]@snapdeal.com. And I am waiting to see how snapdeal resolve my problem.

Order ID [protected] purchased on 1st Oct` Every time I chec the status I see a new estimated delivery date.

I bought a fastrack women's watch from snapdeal...model no. Is 6078s01 they gave me at RS 1700 and the showroom price is Rs.2395..I went to the fastrack showroom to tighten up the belt as it was little loose for my hand but as a soon as showroom person saw the watch..he asked me from where did u purchase this watch ...it's not original it's a copy and then he showed me the original watch and I was shocked to see the original one...I called snapdeal yesterday and the snapdeal person said that he will get back to me within 48 hours..but neither they sent me any mail regarding this nor I have any complaint no.

Selling fake products in the name of brand
Crown of this watch is totally different from the original one
