Order Items: Bitdefender Total Security 1 PC 1 Year
Snapdeal has a courier service called Delhivery, this courier person came and have handed my courier to some person in my society and have asked me to collect it from him.
I contacted the person, he is saying he has not received the product.
My question to Snapdeal how can they deliver my product to any Tom, Dick & Harry coming in their way and ask him to deliver the product to me.
I never expected this from Snapdeal. Well a good lesson learnt for me and will not order anything from Snapdeal hence on.
