[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Refund not received

I have ordered a Mobile phone from Snap Deal. The product was never delivered to me as it was misplaced by corier people. Now since then I have been following up for my refund, everytime they say next 48 hours, next 5-7 working days, 5-10 working days. I do not know if they have actually started the refund. Very poor customer support. Not sure if someone is looking after tht department also. Don't go by their words. BEWARE of snapdeal.

I placed one order for american touriester bag and made patment throgh debit card .

But the product was not delivered to me as i received the mail that it is out of stock .

So, i cancelled the order . But till now i have not received the refund of rs.1150

I have purchased a saree worth Rs 5007 but the product delivered to me was of very poor quality and was not as per promised in the description. I returned it back on[protected] and the snapdeal has received it back on[protected]. But they are not giving me my refund stating that due to lot of pending griviences they are not able to solve the problem speadly. I think the company is a fraudlent one i should go to consumer court for receiving my refund

I had order converse shoes from snapdeal.com.My order no. is [protected].While returning i had informed the customer care that i want the refund to be transferred into my bank account but they transferred the same into the sd cash.As soon as the sd cash was debited into my account i contacted cc and asked them that why have you refunded into my sd cash account instead of bank account.so they told me since we were not having your bank details we have refunded you as sd cash.Later on i got a mail from snapdeal customer support to provide bank details so that they can transfer my sd cash into my bank account.Its also more than 45 days but my sd cash is not yet transferred to my bank account.Whenever i contact cc they just tell me that they are working on it .Kindly help me in getting my sd cash transferred to my bank account immediately.Your efforts will be highly appreciated.Thanks.
sir I have purchased a microwave from snapdeal, when I received it was different model then company accepted a return then I have send it through my side to snapdeal from gati couriers and it was delivered with company seal and sign and now company is refusing to accept that the product was received to them they transfer me rs 1500 as courier charges also in my bank accouny

I ordered 1 saree on 16th jan 2015 order no.[protected] but they sent me different saree that is shown on website.then i request for return..they have taken back the saree but I am not getting back my money ..there is no response from snapdeal...I have made several calls to customer care..but the customer care service of snapdeal is worst...they keep me on hold for so long and after that they disconnect they disconnct calls...each time they say u will get update in 48 hours..
I had ordered 2 products from Snapdeal on 22nd Jan 2015 (order no.[protected]). The payment was made of Rs 2, 240 by me. As I did not received the product I called the call centre on 2 Feb 2015 and lodged a complain (Request No.[protected]. No revert was received. Then I complained on 10 Feb 2015 (Request no.[protected].Still no revert.On 16th FEb again I called but still there was no action, then on 22nd Feb after I called I received a mail saying within 48hrs it would be resolved...no revert in 48 hrs...I put them a mail on 24th..no reply from them.. I called up again on 25th Feb, Spoke to MAhendra Pal Singh, after explaining everything, he puts me a mail saying return the product?????? When I have not received the product how can I return it.. Then again I called on 26th Feb 2016, this time, some Hitesh was speaking, he wants my bank statements???????..

Snap deal has the worst cutomer service...Just for refund, a consumer is made to go through so much of mental harrassment...Disgusting!!!
