[Resolved]  Snapdeal — send wrong item, and not refunding after returning the product

i have placed order for woodland sleep on shoes on 18/08/2013 with order id:[protected], and received wrong product (sandals) on 03/09/2013, i send back on 04/09/2013 as per there suggestion, but they didn't pay back after that till today, they make falls promises that you will be deposited in the week, buy they didn't, in between they asked for bank neft details which i have provided and it takes minutes to transfer, but they don't pay,
making wrong promises and i am spending to much time and money on phone calls and emails,
request to find way and if possible to see that they get punishment.

I still haven't received my refund (THE REQUEST WAS INITIATED ON 14TH SEPT 2015), though i have updated my NEFT details during my last refund request for the same order..

FALSE PROMISES: ON 25TH I WAS ASKED TO WAIT TILL SUNDAY (IE., 27TH SEPT 2015), LATER WAS TOLD THE REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN RE-INITIATED ON 25TH I SHALL BE RECEIVING THE REFUND BY 30TH SEPT, BUT SHOCKING TO SEE AN EMAIL THIS MORNING ASKING FOR MY NEFT DETAILS AGAIN...

HERE ARE MY QUERIES-

I had purchased a pair of sandals vide Order No : [protected]. On the first wearing itself the upper of the sandals cracked.

When complained to the Snap deal, there first excused was : that after 7 days they are not responsible for the product. And the customer care team was so rude - OMG - I still have to in my life hear more rude people.

The supreme court decision in May this year clearly states that the reseller/manufacturer is responsible and will have to replace the product, if it is defective. And if the customer wants his money back, the seller will have to refund the money.

In this case - I want my money back. I hope you can help me get my refund.

I have a purchased a mobile phone from the Snapdeal Company amounting to Rs 47899/- via cash on delivery option.

When the parcel came, there was no invoice on it. Immediately I contacted the Snapdeal Customer Care after the courier boy advised me and informed them about the same. They advised me to take the parcel as they would be providing the invoice on my registered email id. They told me due to shipment errors, invoice was not sent. I accepted the parcel.

To my utter astonishment, when I opened the parcel, it was a empty one but containing pieces of sticks and plastic only. I, as soon, summoned my query to one of the Snapdeal Representatives but he refused to help me out as their system did not show up my delivery details. I contacted them numerous times in the day but received the same above said response.

On 27th of November 2015, my complaint was finally lodged via verbal communication and I was assured that my complaint will be resolved soon.

In the midst, they asked me for the images of the empty parcel and I eagerly provided them on their Snapdeal support email id.

They went by their investigation and on 28th of November, 2015 the Snapdeal company committed me that my full amount of Rs 47899/- will be refunded into my given bank account and it would reflect on it by Tuesday, 1st December 2015. They also provided me the ticket I'd of the cash on delivery payment made. They also guaranteed me that my money is covered under their Trusting Policy.

Their was no such amount refunded into my bank account to which I contacted them on Wednesday 2nd December 2015. But they refused to help me out in this regard and sent me emails numerous times to send the parcel images which I have already sent them many times. (8-9 times). They told me that they were not receiving my images. With a alternative way, I sent them the parcel images but still they were not receiving that. I contacted the Snapdeal Customer Care again and they told me that they will consult it with their back end team to why my emails and queries are not being sent and revert me accordingly.

Surprisingly, today one of Snapdeal executives contacted me and said my complaint will be closed and no refund shall be generated. He spoke in a ill and unpolite manner. I, enraged told him to transfer the call to one of his superiors.
The floor supervisor was a parent of the unpolite and rude behaviour of talking. He did not even listen to my grievances and stated me that my parcel has been returned to their warehouse. I was felt aback. How come the parcel has been returned to origin when I have already received it.? Shakened, I checked up the tracking of my shipment and it said that 'the consignee has refused to accept the parcel and the product has been returned to the origin'. The supervisor rudely without even listening to my grievances disconnected the call.

With assumptions, the Snapdeal company has shipped two parcels for the same order I'd and I received the empty one. Their is a full cartel inside the Snapdeal company in which men working are exploiting the laws of India by cheating the customers and sending them faulty parcels.

This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust we had on the Snapdeal company even though after going through the feedback of the mal- statement of it's Brand Ambassador Mr. Aamir Khan.

Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.

I ordered for an Indian Terrain Blue Color Slim Fit Shirt (Size L) vide Order ID [protected] on Dated Dated 14.11.2015 and paid the amount in advance.

As soon as i received this Product, i requested a Return, as the Stupid Seller send me Size 'XL' Shirt instead of Size 'L' as ordered. The return request was taken on your website, but no one contacted me from Snapdeal's Reverse Pick Up team for around 15 days and suddenly i found that one fine day, my return request was closed by Snapdeal.

I contacted Snapdeal again on Dated 01.12.2015 (19 Days ago) and this Return request was Open again. Since then, i have been waiting for the Return Pick Up person to contact me but no one has arrived till date. Neither i have received any call from any of Snapdeal's Courier partner.

Snapdeal's service has really become pathetic and with this poor experience, i am never going to shop on this website again. In case they are not able to pick up this product, please send me your address, i will ship this item to you myself and will also bear the courier charges.

I am amazed how Mr. Kunal Bahl (CEO of Snapdeal.com) is managing with such a stupid Customer Care Team.

Snapdeal is not dil ki dil . Snapdeal is bakwas ki dil.7 day trust pay policy is also bukwas no return policy. I have received a wrong product. I have ordered Moto E 2nd Gen 4G phone from snapdeal and received the product on 9th february, 29, 2016. As the product was a faulty one, I had raised a return request with snapdeal on 12th february. Snapdeal arranged for a technician visit for 16th february, Technician visited my place and confirmed that the phone was defective. He packed the phone back in snapdeal envelope and issued me a cover note mentioning the fault in the phone and assured me that the pick up will be done on 18th of february. Since then, I have made atleast 10 calls to customer care executive. Everytime I have been assured that my complaint will be escalated and solved within 2-3 working days and they will also arrange for a call back from technical team. But I have neither received a call nor a mail from snapdeal. 2 weeks have already passed since i had raised the request but nothing satisfactory solution has been provided yet.I am really disgusted by customer service of the company..Had you given a 0 star rating option, I would have definitely gone with it. I wished to write a mail to the founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal so that they can know what is going in their company but I don't know their email ID's..So I am posting a complaint here. I have placed the above mentioned order on April 1st 2016 of Canon EOS 1200D with 18-55mm + 55-250 mm Lens, online from snapdeal.com, i spent 25000 . i got the box on 3rd of April 10.55 AM. i opened up the box and that was shockingly empty there was few cables of camera and pouch of the same apart from that there were only polythenes and empty boxes inside, i made the video of the same and where i was opening up the box the place was under surveillance, immediately i marked a written complaint at snap-deal portal, i got an automated mail also that they will contact me in 48 hours but no one contacted me after that I made almost 20 calls only to arrange a communication with me, only to say them whatever they are doing in the case at least let me know .. after so many complaints they sent an email to ask me, provide the images and proofs on that I was not able to send any video bcz that was more than 25MB they said in that case only send images, I sent the same but I was not satisfied with the images bcz that was not enough according to me, I asked them so many times in written and calls that I wanna send video and CCTV footage but they denied every time and finally they said that item were delivered successfully, they were not interested to take the video, frommy side bcz they knew I will provide the video along with CCTV footage on basis of those they have to accept that they have not delivered the item in the box, they were afraid of truth that’s why they have finalized the decision on one sided investigation, I am calling them on daily basis and writing emails also to provide them my video and CCTV footage but they are saying 24 hrs to wait and 48 hours to wait after that set time, again they are repeating same process, whenever I called up they tried their best to provoke me by saying and asking kidish things, one of them said that you are fraud … I am shattered by after heard those words.. how can their representative say that without any proof, I must say that snapdeal ppl are liar and fraud bcz I have proof that cheated on me and now they are lying..

Dear Mr.Bahl & Mr.Bansal,

I placed above order for a TV as a gift for someone on 30-Apr. Original estimated date was 6-May. Later this was changed to 12-May. Today is 13-May and its still not delivered.

I wrote multiple times to customer service with no response. There is no telephone number mentioned on the site. The customer service email ([protected]@snapdeal.com) do not work and an automated email gets returned from 'hacked by Vipul' that is concerning too.

I tried cancelling the order and get error stating 'Your request cannot be completed at the moment. Please contact customer care at +91-[protected].'

When I call that number, its all automated and there is no way to speak to a human being.

There are no information about the seller or any contact information the courier company either.

What's going on? Is this how a business is run in India? Not expected from a company like the scale and reputation like yours. Please would you deal with this immediately? I want to cancel this order and get a full refund urgently. This was not my first order but I will think twice to place another order here if the level of service is that bad.

I hope you would consider this as a serious matter and sort the issue out.

i bought tupperware bottles..incomplete product delievered..instead of 12 jst recieved 3 bottles..I returned those 3 bottles..till now no refund ..no freecharge balance n no replacement and not evn those products are returned back to me which thy hv picked up.. pathetic bloody snapdeal company...fraud cheaters thy are..shame on them..I am Vartika kundra.. declaring snapdeal is a cheap cheaters company and big fraud.
