[Resolved]  Snapdeal — send wrong item, and not refunding after returning the product

i have placed order for woodland sleep on shoes on 18/08/2013 with order id:[protected], and received wrong product (sandals) on 03/09/2013, i send back on 04/09/2013 as per there suggestion, but they didn't pay back after that till today, they make falls promises that you will be deposited in the week, buy they didn't, in between they asked for bank neft details which i have provided and it takes minutes to transfer, but they don't pay,
making wrong promises and i am spending to much time and money on phone calls and emails,
request to find way and if possible to see that they get punishment.

This is regarding compaint of Snapdeal for not taking any action on return request We have ordered a treadmill (powermax fitness TDM-100 s motorized 1.5Hp) Order id : [protected]. We received the same on 17.04.17. As the piece was not proper. Hence we place a return request to snapdeal on same day. None of the executive came for pick up. Even we did not received any call or mail form snapdeal for return. However when we again called on 21.04.17, snapdeal tam said they will send their executive to pick up with in 48 hrs. No one came to us for pick up. Even we are having telephone recording of the conversation. Again called on 25.04.17 to followup, but this time they told that your return policy is over we can not make return. My question is why do we suffer if we did not get any reply/action from snapdeal.

While call Snapdeal team told us they don not have any soultion. Why the hell are they sitting for Customer service if they can not provide solution to Customer. II even asked the team to let me Know where to courier the product although it is a 50kg Product. But the boy from customer Service sticked to his words that we cant do any thing. Nothing can be provided as a solution.

What is our fault? we contacted snap deal many times for return. Why we should pay for their carelessness?

Again i am asking snapdeal through this complaint to return the amount & take the trademill back. If this time proper action is not taken then i will file a compaint in Consumer court.

Hello this is Govardhan Rajpur this is the laptop i have ordered from snapdeal Dell Inspiron 5567 Notebook Suborder Id: [protected] I have received laptop on 19th may 2017 It was having some issue so i gave replacement request and i was supposed to get replaced laptop on 1st of june 2017 but i was out of town so asked to hold my delivery till 10th of june n sanpdeal team said they will but before that laptop was given back to snapdeal ans till date i haven't received any refund and my second month emi is been deducted. I had ordered an Amron Backrest in side Medium and was delivered size Small.
The MRP on the package was Rs. 795 while I was charged Rs. 899.

When I returned the item indicating the same in my message

Snapdeal refused me refund stating that I have selected wrong reason" Item description inaccurate" and description on the website is correct.

I had listed both the above reason in comments.

You need to penalize the seller for sending incorrect item and charging me more than MRP.

When I call that number, its all automated and there is no way to speak to a human being. Pathetic customer service!

I am raising a complaint with the consumer court.

Could you tell me whats your internal checks. Is there anything in your terms and conditions. Do I need to wear a tshirt which doesn't fit me. Is SNAP DEAL cheating the customers. I have been purchasing in snap deal more than 2 years. I paid money already and got the tshirt which looks old and bad. It came in cheap paper, crushed covered with snap deal. If I go for shopping I could get a better one.What is the use getting a cheap product from a website mentioning as ONLINE purchase. When I asked you guys to refund my money by the name of internal check you swallow the customers money and cheat people.

Then why don't you mention these in terms and conditions. What is your internal check ?. Have you ever mentioned about the return times ? (How many times we can return). If the product is not good genuine customer use to return or through it on your face. Please understand that. We are not fools over here. You are not selling the product directly as we get all those from distributors . Some times we get good stuff moreover some crap things too . The package from shoppers stop and the package from snapdeal is different . Tshirt came in cheap cover drenched in rain. Please take necessary actions to refund my Money. Don't be a cheater and don't spoil your Name too.

I sombir and i have placed an order of mobile phone handset of openbox mi note 3 and i have delivered it on 30 sep. 2017 and open to use but i have seen that the cell phone is aleardy be used and some data of the previous user was also in this handset. And the functioning of this handset was not working properly . Dear the most unprofessional site running people,

Received the product one anarkali today after chasing it for 12-14 days(unprofessional site having tie ups with another unprofessional courier agency). It was written below the product that the same can be returned within 7 days of delivery. After seeing this worst quality product of yours, I tried to return it. But your answering machine says it's a non returnable product out of nowhere.

Have you ever tried to check where your site is lacking. CUSTOMER'S AFTER SALE experience. You are keep low quality products, imposing them by not taking back, No wonder why MYNTRA is way ahead of you unprofessional people. Your marketing is getting worst every passing year.

Return my money and take this trash back.
