[Resolved] Sodexo Coupons — Shopkeeper are asking extra charges

Hi,
Many shop keepers are asking for extra 5-12% if we use Sodexo coupons to buy food items.
Can anyone please tell me how can get rid of this or where can I raise the complaint against them.
this has become a common habit for many stores now. Latest addition is the Star Bazaar, a grocery store in Kailash Colony Market, New Delhi which is charging 3% extra on bill. Note that all items are already billed at MRP. Then why should I pay extra 3% if paying through Sodexo Meal coupons?
The store has put a poster saying that extra 3% will be charged for sodexo payments but does not add it to the bill.
There are two things now. How can a store charge a customer beyond MRP?
Is sodexo doing anything to address this situation? I do not see any consumer complaint section on Sodexo Website. I wonder how they work if their business depends on user customer satisfaction.
