[Resolved]  Software Engineer — Poor service for APSRTC online reservation facility

Hello Sir,

I Pramod Kumar working as Software Engineer in an MNC in Hyderabad. I am an registered user for online reservation in APSRTC website. When ever I tried to login into www.apsrtc.in website the
website gives the response that the server is busy...

I tried for a week to book the tickets online.. but the same error message is populating.

Kindly requesting you to arrange more servers so that we/customers can book tickets online.

Same issue i am facing . Whenever you open server is busy ? This is worst service we can say. APSRTC can take advise from KSRTC & IRCTC.

its a waste website
Radiant info systems, Bangalore made thsi site. There are a hell lot of data integration problems. It doesn't accept if i give Bangalore in the search list. I hope this is not a pishing site as we all have given some personal data while regestering whihc can be used for online fraud purposes.
how boss what the hell is going on with this web site.
when ever i try to book the e-ticket throgh online this is showing every time server busy.
then what is the use of this site... if it is not working.
please resolve this problem and improve the devlopment.

i work in Banglore i use both APSRTC a& KSRTC online i never get problem while login into KSRTC online and i never enter into APSRTC site as every time shows server BUSY...

Funiest part here is BOTH sites are developed by Same Company called Radiant.

HEAD People belongs to APSRTC need to think who is causing this issue...

The site is too horrible. Whenever we tries to access the site after login, it displays the message "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD )."

But one thing i dont understand is why the problem occurs only when the normal user logs in. IF THE SERVER IS REALLY BUSY.. HOW THE OPERATOR / AGENT CAN LOGIN AND BOOK THE TICKETS.

There might be a big fraud involved in the whole process...i feel.
I booked the ticket by using APSRTC web site. after patmeny transfered successfully done, it displayed an error message saying, "Booking is not done bacause of the selected seats are already booked.. contact apsrtc with ref number". But, I there is no contact number to contact them... I dont know how to get that money back to my accout... Where as in IRCTC, our money will be surely ccome back to the same accout in 3 working days...

Still, these people need to improve the site alot...

The state run site cannot be down all the time. I think there are people within apsrtc who have their hand in this as we are able to book the tickets at the agents place with ease and they charge extra for their services. The Govt should look into this and investgate to book and bring the quilty to justice.
After all we are paying taxes to the govt and its the responsiblity of the AP Govt to look into this.

This is the message I am getting when I am trying to book ticket online after logging in to the website.I am observing this message since 10 days.
Really this is the worst service provided by the APSRTC.Useless website one should appreciate the service provided by the IRCTC rather than this APSRTC.
This is the same Radiant software solutions which develooped KSRTC website.
I wonder why these RTC fellows give aways contracts to unknown or not-so-well off
software organizations which does sloppy works. It's better that these arseholes stop these
circus activity. In between it's the passengers who get fooled. Shame on your part APSRTC buggers.

I am also facing the same problem. Always giving "Server is busy". but for Agents, they dont have any problems. I think, Intentionally they are showing this message. I feel this site is only for Agents not for public users.

I never ever seen such Hopeless website.

I think government must privatize it sooner than later. Unless, you have someone competitive like in the Mobility domain, its not going to improve. Karnataka bus services, bus stands, cleanliness is much better than Andhra Pradesh.
apsrtconline.in - Waiting list ticket is not being confirmed even after someone has cancelled ticket. Instead of allocating seat to waiting list tickets, the portal was displaying as if seats are available..

POOR WEBSITE N POOR SERVICE...
