I have lost my mobile on[protected] in Taranaka area of Secunderabad and lodged a complaint on the same day. The police were reluctant to take a single step to find the mobile or give a certificate that the mobile is lost. I am not able to converse with the police officials because they know only Telugu and i can talk only in English or Hindi. I was managed to get the certificate from the p.s. on[protected] after some local friends help.

I was shocked that nobody knows how to deal with such type of thefts and are not ready to help the public.

Sony Ericsson W580i — Pathetic Instrument

I bought my phone in august 2007. It worked perfectly fine till January 2008. In January the keypad stopped working and the light on side stopped working.

Complaints related to these fault were made to Sony Ericsson service center (9/14, East Patel Nagar, New delhi-110008). They kept my phone for 1 month and in that period I visited the center almost 7 times, with numerous other telephone conversations. When I got my phone back I found that I am NOT ABLE TO HEAR CALLS PROPERLY, on full volume it gives me a volume of 2 with Sony providing 8 volume levels. Apart from that I find various other problems like, the slot where you plug in the charger doest not work some time, there is a very dull look, the cover not fitted properly, the company finish is to there, it looks as if it has been repaired at a local electronic shop,

I don’t have time to visit the service center again and again. The very next day I got my phone I went to the service station and they asked me to leave the phone again with no time guarantee for return. I am very astonished, and pissed off by the kind of service Sony Ericson provides.

It is regrettable that a company of high esteem like yours is insensitive to customers. I must say I HAVE USED NOKIA FOR 6 YEARS but have never had any problem. And after using SONY ERICSON for 6 MONTHS and I ham fed up of the phone and sometimes feel like dumping it.

Please take any action if you can.

I must confirm I will NEVER BUY SONY ERICSSON ever in my life, and will never advice any one to.

Sony Ericsson — NO REPLY OF MY EMAILS & CALLS

I had purchased a K790i mobile with Serial no. CB5ADE8R23 on Dec28, 2007. 3-4 months before, its keypad & joystick started giving problem. I went to ur service centre at Hall Bazar, Amritsar.it is SALORA SOLUTIONS. I asked to change the kepad & joystick They changed the key pad but not the joystick and told me that they changed both. They just repaired the joystick. After few days the problem with Joystick occured again. i again went there & requested to change the joystick. But they again repaired it. Now the same thing happened again and joystick totally stopped working. I went to the service centre on Dec10, 2008. I requested them that its Warranty will lapse after few days so please change the joystick. But Now they are telling that your mobile is Liquid Damage as per their records & refused to change. But i want to know that if it is liquid damage then how they repaired my mobile free of cost a no. of times. I email 6-7 times to customer care & also talked to the concerned person Mr. Lalit but no reply till now.

I had sony erricsson mobile phone, within months phone started problem, customer care in Gurgaon kept the phone for month then returned back saying that I need to take it to Okhla for repair, really unprofessional approach of Sony.How a customer of Gurgaon will go to Okhla, it need to waste full day
