[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — lost my mobile

Ive had my phone for 3 weeks, and he calls keep getting dropped midway of conversation, no volume either! Crap phone from 3g. Has been repaired, problems exists.

I bought sony ericson C902 last on 19.12.2008 for RM1400.00 which is still under warranty and not event a month old.i have started to experiencing sound quallity drop as i can hear breaking sound whenever i turn on the music as 1st, 2nd is the battery i believe its turn off by itself and on back in second during call out or receiving calls. 3rd, i felt my hand numbness while using my handset when i ask your agent in Ipoh and they replied its thier first customer who said this and they sent me to another agent for Sonyericcson at ipoh courts megastore. i took the advice from the dealer from Taiping and i drove to ipoh service agent of your goodself. they did the checking and reinstalled the software which i believe they took that step after encountered software malfuction in it. but unfortunately, the problems added up with display have become faded in then before.. they replied all phone has a problem and all C902 has the same color as seen after refresh the software. In account of this, i felt very embarrassed in buying this C902 Sony Ericcson in which i was proud all the while but all i get is the blame for the model's software design and the my phone C902 has the problem remained. I am now seeking for an advice in replacing the same model with another new in good order as it is still under warranty in which i can be proud of Sony Ericsson and its service provider as a consumer. Dear sir, i m mukesh kumar sharma, working in indian navy. i purchased sony ericssion mobile (model F 305) on 31 Dec, 08. My phone went missing on 18th Apr 09. Some body has stolen that.I made a complaint for same in police station and lodged FIR. After that i went for network service provider who block the SIM and give me new SIM on same no. then i proceeded for sony ericssion shop from where i pruchased this mobile . They simply denyied me to help in this matter . I show him the warrrenty card along with IMEI NO. but they told sony ericssion had no such type of facility to trace the mobile or block the phone.
