Subject : Dissatisfaction in Sony Ericsson mobile.
I have purchased Ericsson G900 on 13th april 2009 from sony centre surat city of rs.16000/-. But I don’t think its worth for that due to poor voice quality while talking I cannot hear at all when I am on the way or in some crowded place. I have approached to service centre also and they have replaced ear speaker but still there is no improvement at all now I am facing very serious problem and I have to use my other mobile instead of this. I request you to change this model by some other same amount model asap or do the needful but now I don’t think there will be any more improvement in this. If there is any manufacturing defect company should take back the model and give customer other model many big companies do it when they committees mistakes. One of the best example is there was some manufacturing defect in TOYOTA cars company recalled all cars and changed the parts and gave customers the service. I expect the same from your company.

I, M.Mohan residing at Korattur is having a shop (Browsing Centre named as Chandra Net Café) at Kolathur. Yesterday (6th December 2009) evening around 4 PM while working in my shop my mobile was missed, the same was identified by me around 8 PM yesterday night. Sony Ericsson P1i Mobille — I have the IMEI number can i get the phone locked so that the data stored can not be used

I have lost my sony ercisson PIi and i have its IMEI number. i only want to get it locked so that the data stored in it can not be used by the one who picked it.

Please submit a complaint at the nearest police station of the premises the phone has been lost. The cyber cell of the police department surely could trace out the mobile phone with your IMEI no.

Else u r opting for other options to recover your lost mobile, please make sufficient enquiry of the process as it may cause you more trouble if the procedure is not technically legal.

I have lost my Sony Ericsson mobile today i.e. 09th June, 2010 bearing Vodafone sim card. I could block my sim card but do not know how to lock my mobile to avoid illegal usages.
