I purchase K220i mobile March 2008 in kolhapur. Then after three month one big problem I face mobile hang, .Then this mobile give kolhapur custmer care but problem is not solve. Please help me

SONY ERICSSON K220i — violation of warranty clause

the phone purchased on 1st december 07.
1st time problem occurred on 7-nov-08 - well within the warranty period.
it was returned as it is by service center.
2nd time brought to same service center and declared out of warranty and unrepairable to taken to higher serivce ups.
3rd time brought to the higer up service center and declared outof warranty and liquid damage.
Pathatic treatement even at customer complain telecalling system - frequent follow up to the consumer care complain toll free nos; many times the phone avoided, many time disconnected, many times put on prolonged hold, many time promised to revert in specified time but never returned the call.

trustless service system since the matter even represented to singapore head office but no resolution till date.

over all and above, there are no precise contact points defined to seek complain resolution from company authority. tele center does not show courage to reveal this even.

In nutshell, worhless purchase, waste of time and pathatic treatemet, careless approach for the customer service by so called big brand "sony" and " ericsson"

pl do not by ever sony ericsson phone.

mein apako batana chahti hoon ki model k2220i maine last year november 2008 me liya tha aur apako pata chal gaya hoga ki abhi is phone lo liye 1 saal bhi nahi hua hai aur mein kai mahine se is phone ki kamiyo se bahut pareshan hu pehle is phone hang, charge na hona charger lagate hi unsupported kehna jaise signs mile phir maine isse sony ericsson care (HOT SPOT) me jo ki daryaganj me hai maine use waha dikhaya magar i week ke baad mein use waha se le layi aur phir uske baad woh phit kuch din chala magar uski hanged problem solved nahi hui magar woh charge hone laga tha magar kuch din baad hi woh phir kharab ho gaya aur maine phir use hot spot me thik karne ke liye diya magar woh 1 week , 1 week kehte rahe aur jab bahur din baad bhi phone nahi mil paya aur phone milne mein bahut pareshani hui tu toh hamne complaint ki sony ericsson head office me phit woh mil gaya magar phone mil gaya magar 3 ghante charge karne ke baad bhi phone switched onn hi nahi ho raha hai please sie meri request hai apase ki please aap jald se jald phone thik karade mein baar baar phone puchase afford nahi kar sakti please sir action lijiye please

I want to exchange or repair my phn, As it is in warrenty period. When i am talking to someone with my phone, my call will b automatically disconnected or sometime i am not b able to hear the voice of the person by whom i am talking, as its volume will b automatically gone.
