8 months back i purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile phone(Model No.: K790i) of RS12000, from last 2 months i am facing couple of peoblems with the hand set but the service station workers are telling me that they dont have the parts available with them, and for this i marked the mail also to the company ID but no genuine reply from their side...pls help me..

sony ericsson / c 510 — service

Dear Sir



I am amrinder I am using sony c510 handset .I was facing problem of not charging my handset and given handset to HARSH COMMUNICATiON shop no. 10 basement clock tower Ludhiana Punjab on 23rd june 2011. I recived that handset on 28th of july with same problem and screen problem also. Then I again given my hanset to them on 29th of july for repair but on 24th they have given me the hanset as this was earlier . my work order no. is on on 23rd june is SE[protected] and on 29th of july is SE[protected].


After getting so many harassment and inconveninece with sony i want to sue the sony ericsson for inconvenince and solving the problem of hanset.


Hanset was purchased on 23rd of july 2010 as it was under the warranty

Sony Ericsson — Mobile handset problem within 3 months of purchase

I am facing a lot of problems in my set XPERIA X8.
I first had the software upgradation problem due to which my phone got submitted for 2 days in the lucknow service centre of sony ericsson.
Then i faced the charger problem, however i got a new charger afyer 15 days.
again there was a problem in the speaker of the phone which stopped working, then it again got submitted for 14 days.
then i faced the problem of instant shut down of the set which again took a lt of time in getting cured.
I was once a proud customer of sony ericsson, but now i feel that this could be my fault, as i am facing a lot of trouble within 3 months of buying this set,
the set itself is working poorly, and there is so poor service at the service center.
I would like you to take a note on this as soon as possible.
And by the law, i would either like this set to be exchanged with a new one or refund the money back.
please reply soon.
I have a sony ericsson spiro model which i bought on last december(2010).i had many problems on that phone.but now the problem is that, i can't read the incoming messages or i can't send a message from my mobile.i've checked whether it's the problem of SIM, but the SIM was working in another phone.while i open the recieved message.it is dispayed as blank message.but when i go to 'conversations' it is displayed as'message corrupt'.i just want a solution for this soon.please .thank you

Sony Ericsson — faulty operating system

I purchase xperia 10 mini pro before 4 months from that day onwards their a problems in the handset:
1.office suite never worked
2.voice search never worked;
3.phone gets restart automatically mora than 20 times a day;
4.while downloading any apps from market one time it gets downloaded more than 4 times..


authorized service centres are unable to resolve the problem saying that there is a fault with the operating system the above problems which i have mentioned doesnt works on any sony ericcson phones.....
so what should i do with this phone ..
please help me out...

i purchased sony ericsson WT13i on April, 6 -2012.till then i am suffering from a lot of problems, the earphone stopped working twice and each time your service center takes two weeks to repair it. third time the set was malfunctioning and this time they took more than one month to hand it back to me which i received just two days ago (September, 24-2012)still the mobile was malfunctioning and it is again in the service center.i don't understand what they are doing with it and no body is taking responsibility.. ur service center in dehradun has changed probably and the new center is not considering my case and they are demanding for money in its warranty period.my mobile has passed more days in your irresponsible service centers than in my pocket. i don't understand, whether you are performing some kind of experiment on my set or if you are carrying some research work on it. each time i have to travel 40 kms to reach your center and they make excuses. i request you to please look into my case and i want you to replace my mobile as soon as possible because i cant take it any more. i am extremely unhappy with your irresponsible service and filthy set. my cell no is [protected].

Sony Ericsson Mobile — not proper service

i am purchase wt19i mobile in 6 month before bat my mobile have many problems. i am many time contact service center bat he not working properly. i am com plan to service center. pl es help me. my no. [protected].

I have been using the mobile sony ericsson WT13i for 1 year and the problem has arise after then, the problem is that the message of the phone cannot be sent, and both sending messages and receiving messages are not shown but shown as unknown sender, so my question is how to resolve such problem.
