Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone — Not working properly

The mobile phone model W350 Sony Number [protected] purchased on 14/9/2009 from Universal , Saibaba Colony, CBE 11 is not working properly and has been given for service twice (Asia Electronics, DB Road, RS Puram, CBE) within 8 months and need to replace with a new one. More over the keypad of the phone has come out from the set. This has to be dealt seriously.

I had purchased sony ericsson brand mobile phone from a retail shope just before 6 months. It has not working properly. I have repaired from anauthorised service center of sony ericsson. but the problem is remaining still.What I can do?.

MY HANDSET(MODEL NO.J105i) can't charge complaint at service centre,New Delhi-08 on 13.6.11 vide workorder No.SE[protected], replaced the handset on 28.6.11 model ALM Sl.no.[protected] but I am not satisfied with this model due to some problem Talked at customer care centre on 28.6.11 evening & executive told that take a DOA letter from service centre & go for now moble from
a particular shop from which I have taken my earlier set but service centre refused to give DOA letter & told we can not do any thing more you have to take this set in liu of my old set with same warranty. Now pl let me know what to do shall I suffer with the replace ALM set.pl take an early actilon inthis regard

Sony Ericsson — mobile not working properly

I have purchased sony ericson spiro mobile on 1st of november 2010.

shop: Mobile store
date od purchase: 1/11/10
imei num: [protected]
invoice num: 1188/1234007

It is not working properly, always shows out of memory, so gave it to service for first time, they repaired, again had same problem, so again gave it to service, they say that its mobile problem, cant do anything and refused to take it for service.

what should we do now.

Kindly help us. Please us our cash back or exchange the some other mobile for same cost.
