[Resolved] Sony Ericsson / W302 — Problem, the next day of purchasing
I purchased W302 serial no:[protected] on 13/12/2008 in Mobile Store, Thandiarpet, chennai, India.
Problems I come across of that
1. We charged more than 8 hrs as per the store instructor, but it doesnt charge.
2. Loud Noise during talk, Mic problem I suppose
3. Incoming Ringtone not audible, Cant even hear someone called
I didnt check other features of that, Still may be more.
I argued with mobile store for replacement the other day of purchase, but in vein.
I gave my W302 to Accel Frontline Global IT service, Greams Road, Receipt no: 806852 on 15/12/2008 for replacement, but argued and taken for service.
Accel Frontline persons told me they are not supposed to replace, they will observe and identify the problem, report this to sony. Is that true.
I am really worried about my 6 day old and 1 day old used mobile. Here in Accel anytime they are saying server down and not entried. This is not customer issue and service is very poor.
And I came to know that service centers are replacing old parts in that. I dont wanna use old mobile, for that i can go for 2nd hand model or any korean set.
Finally I need a new w302 replacement, What is the procedure.
So many of them are suffering like this and In my family circle itself I am the 3rd victim, So please dont buy any costly models as they are not manufactured properly.
