[Resolved] Sony - Ericsson W595 — Battery & ear speakers are not working

Hello Sir/Madam, I bought 'sony ericsson w595' model handset in Feb 2009 and its ear speakers are not working since April june 2009. It has not been yet 6 months, and there are technical problems in this handset. I never expected this kind of output from such a costly handset and with the brand name of "Sony Ericsson"!!! Sony Ericsson — voice in cleare

Dear custormer care,

Sony Ericsson phone model w300i is being used by my self but last one month my voice is not going to other phone set while reciveing voice is very clear. All the people are complaining to me for repairing of hand set.
Please tell me the authorised service centre in Allahabad city or near by the city

i am having a sony w595 it was working good but suddenly it's power button & earpiece stop working & i am having a lot of trouble with it now i cannot even switch it on now what to do please help

All sony products have jus been the wow factor.. I am having issues with W595 piece. Within a year i put it for service 4times. Its time that Sony withdraws all the phone that they are faultily selling... sheeeshhh... Such a MISNOMER brand!! And freaking u dont even get a resale value of it...!!

i bought my sony w595 last january and now its ear speaker and navigation keys are not working...i never expected such a complaint on this costly phone...i thght sony was a very god brand..i hope that u wil tak necessary action either by replacing this or by refunding my money...

I bought 'sony ericsson w595' model handset in dec2008 and its ear speakers now. there are technical problems in this handset. earlier i had display problem and spent 2000 rs.then side keys probem, I never expected this kind of output from such a costly handset and with the brand name of "Sony Ericsson"!!!
